Bag stuffing program will fetch 20% off for selected retailers.

MOSSYROCK, Washington — February 15, 2008 — Herbs of Grace, Inc. will kick-off our 20% off, Bag Stuffing Program, on March 1, 2008, for selected retailers. You may participate during any one week period during the month of March, 2008. If you receive this press release, you are eligible to participate.

To participate in the Bag Stuff program, you will receive a 20% discount on all Herbs of Grace, Inc. products invoiced from March 1, 2008 through March 31, 2008, including: Natural Look Mineral Makeup™, Vegan Lip Balm™, and Herbs of Grace Brushes. This discount is to be passed on to Herbs of Grace, Inc. customers.

Retailers must agree to:
* Contact Herbs of Grace, Inc. to tell us you want to participate in the Bag Stuff program. Call or email Brad Klein at 360-635-8799, brad@herbsofgrace.com.
* Let us know how many samples you will need for a one week period.
* Discount comsumer purchases on Herbs of Grace products by at least 20% during the Month of March 2008.
* At the cash register, stuff all FEMALE CUSTOMER bags with one, supplied sample for a one week period during the month of March 2008.
